Busy pediatric practice in Marietta / West Cobb is looking for a full-time Patient Services Representative to join our team. This person will handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. We offer a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance options, paid time off, and paid holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Great customer service
- Clear communication skills, listening skills, attentiveness.
- Answer phones using proper telephone etiquette.
- Register new patients and update existing patient demographics.
- Schedule appointments.
- Collect payments.
- Protect patient confidentiality.
- Be a team player.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, busy office is preferred.
- Ability to tolerate moderate noise.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be a high school graduate and be professional in appearance and demeanor
- Must be a United States citizen and be proficient in spoken and written English with the ability to
listen well.
- Bilingual/ Spanish is a PLUS but not required.
- 2+ years of medical/administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to work 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
PAY:
Salary commensurate with experience.
